Revision Policy

We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 12 hours.

Refund Policy

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, the refund policy is available to accommodate the customers’ concerns. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

If the request for a refund is made after 12 hours of initial design samples delivery then you would not be eligible for any refund. No refund request will be entertained if you have posted a revision on any of the initial design samples provided. All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Eskimo Digital, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case-to-case basis.

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, the refund policy is available to accommodate the customers’ concerns. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  •  You have chosen a special package. The primary design concept has been approved.
  •  You have demanded revisions.
  •  The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  •  The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
  •  Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  •  Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  •  The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  •  A complete design change has been demanded.
  •  The claim has crossed the given request for refund time span.
  •  The business is closing or changing name or business.
  •  Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  •  If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  •  The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days, from the date of purchase.
  •  Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
  •  In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

How to claim your refund

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Eskimo Digital and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by the company. Let us also specify that:

  1. Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
  2. Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, Eskimo Digital would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

Quality Assurance Policy

In order to provide you the desired satisfaction, our designers don’t deviate from the specifications provided by you in the order form. the designs are created after a thorough research which ensures the design quality and uniqueness.

Cancellation Policy

Provider shall provide its services and meet its obligations as per the agreement in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Provider’s community and region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by service providers similar to Provider on similar projects and client will be liable to make the payment according the agreed timeline. In case, client wants to cancel the service due to any reason, client must inform prior so that the service provider can reduce the resource cost accordingly, However, any service cancellation from client’s end will come with a cancellation fee which will be decided by the service provider based on the service being provided.

The free multiple revision offer as per specifications ensures that you get 100% satisfaction. We rework the ordered design and keep on revising it until you are 100% satisfied. We offer free complete coordination with your printing company, if required.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting will be provided for free with website packages, where applicable. All the email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third party email platforms such as outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space.
Note: If you are not hosting your website with us, we will not provide email accounts.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to Account Area as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area. So, if there isn’t any response from the client for up to 30 Days then we won’t be able to entertain you unless you pay reactivation Fee. We deliver all our customized design orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first logo samples within 12 hours by paying just $100 extra! For further assistance, contact us at 24-Hour Customer Support Center. If you like to cancel the project for personal reasons then the cancellation fee or termination fee must be payed.

Record Maintenance

We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files. If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

Communication Policy

You agree that Eskimo Digital is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. “eskimodigital.com” or/and any toll-free number that is not mentioned on our website. Eskimo Digital should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility of any communication through email address (es) under our own domain name or/and via toll free number i.e. mentioned on Eskimo Digital’s Website.
